I'm not Tumblr famous.
Getting asks isn’t a regular thing, I still smile when I see Messages (1). People don’t reblog me ASAP. Sure, I get reblogged 20 or 30 notes, if I’m lucky. People don’t ask me for requests. I don’t have a lot to offer. most of my blog is 99.9% reblogs i LOVE every little follower of mine  The ironic thing is that whoever originally posted this is now Tumblr famous! Hah

iwilltrustinyou: With regards to abortion and homosexuality, I think we’ve made it clear on our opinions and convictions. We can sit around and argue points for both sides all day while there are other far more important things that need to be answered in our inbox. I believe we could discuss these topics until Jesus Christ returns and still be no closer to agreeing, in the meantime people are...

There is much insecurity when one realizes and speaks of his weaknesses, but God is security and promises that those who fear and follow Him will not be condemned. Refine and purify me; cast away my desire to be liked and approved by man.

What is the definition of coffee addiction? I’m afraid I might be addicted because whenever I have the opportunity, I buy/drink coffee. Max is 2-3 cups a day.

In the desert. →
theoldnewchurch: We talk about shining Light and burning out, but do we honestly prepare ourselves for the desert? I can honestly raise my hand and say no. I’ve entered a new desert, again. I feel as though I’m standing in the middle of Death Valley, CA with a bottle of water and a ominous note saying “good luck.” “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no...

Tough night concentrating in the word. Tough night grasping Grace when I: A) Interrupt time with God (in the midst of not being able to concentrate) to go to the gym with a friend B) Am generally rebellious to good thoughts C) Am swarmed with the doubt of whether I—as salt—will flavor the world around me tomorrow, or the next day, or the next day. “All consuming fire,...

mikeclevenger: The axis of the Christian moral revolution is love, and it is the only sign given by Jesus by which the disciple would be recognized. The danger lurks in our subtle attempts to minimize, rationalize, and justify our moderation in this regard. Turning the other cheek, walking the extra mile, offering no resistance to injury, being reconciled with one’s brother, and forgiving seventy...

comingouttothechurch replied to your post: To be painfully honest, I must question whether I… LOVE. THIS. and the wording itself is flawless. don’t worry. i think we all have this tugging within us. but we post to be transparent, to reflect, to learn, to process and keep record. Thank you Ian :) You’re absolutely right in that I use this place as a journal that I can reflect, learn,...

To be painfully honest, I must question whether I am posting things out of a desire to be admired or thought wise or insightful. I must question why I even need to post this, but I need to be humbled.

you-tell-me-so: “God isn’t tame or safe. True, He is merciful, but His mercy has sharp edges. God judges sin and transforms sinners in a way that often feels as if it is ripping apart our deepest selves.” To engage with God as a homosexual Christian, as Hopkins did, is to find God in Christ to be ever-present,… Amen.
